Notes:* for stays of less than 7 days there is an increase depending on the period booked (from 2 to 12 Euro per day per person).
Tourist tax: Euro 2 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Reduction for children (only in an additional bed with 2 adults): up to 12 months: flat rate Euro 20,00 per day (Euro 25 from 13.7 to 23.8). From 1 to 7 years of age: 50%. From 7 years up to 16 years of age: 30%. From 16 to under 18 years of age: 20%. Third bed discount for adults: 10%.
Single room: 10% increase on lake view room
Double single use: 60% increase.
Rooms with large terrace lake view, south side (with sun umbrella and small table): 15% increase compared to room with balcony lake view.
Dogs and pets: may be allowed on request (we accommodate a maximum of 4 dogs per day). In any case, animals are not allowed in the dining rooms. They must be kept on a leash in the outdoor and indoor common areas. A flat-rate daily fee is required for dogs
Formalisation of stay booking: in order to confirm your stay booking, after having received from us the confirmation of the room availability, it is necessary to send a deposit for an amount equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay, rounded up to the nearest ten You can use an ordinary postal order or a bank transfer addressed to Hotel Miramonti, Giordani Hotel srl- Iban code IT32 X 08078 35070 00000 2006604.
It is also possible to leave your credit card number with its expiry date and authorisation to withdraw the agreed deposit amount.
Notes for booking and cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will be retained pursuant to art. 1385 of the civil code (unless cancellation is received within 45 days of the start of the stay and sent by post, fax or e-mail).
In case of late arrival or early departure or reduction in the number of guests, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.
To guarantee against unforeseen events, it is possible to take out an insurance policy with a premium corresponding to approximately 5% of the cost of the stay. For more information: see ‘travel insurance’.
