Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679

3. Purpose of processing
Your personal data will be processed:
a) with your consent (Article 7, GDPR), for the following purposes:
for the correct handling of the request for information sent through the website www.DolomitiParkhotelmolveno.it and for the processing of the request itself;
for the sending of newsletters concerning, for example, events, promotional initiatives and in general for the tourist promotion of the Hotel Miramonti and for sending the best holiday proposals
b) without your consent (article 6, letters b, c, f, GDPR), for the following purposes
to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations (national or EU), or to execute an order of judicial authorities or supervisory bodies to which the holders are subject,
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in section a) above is optional, with the consequence that you may decide not to provide your consent or to withdraw it at any time, without prejudice to the impossibility for Hotel Miramonti to provide the service you requested.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in section b) above is compulsory. The lack of the data and/or the eventual express refusal to process the data may violate requests by the competent Authorities..

Within the scope of the purposes of the processing indicated in paragraph 3 above, only personal data concerning, for example, name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. shall be processed.
5. Categories of recipients of personal data
For the purposes set out in paragraph 3, section b) above, the personal data you provide may be made accessible to
to judicial or supervisory authorities, administrations, public bodies and organisations (domestic and foreign);
Should you give your consent to the use of your personal data for the purposes set forth in paragraph 3, section a) above, the same may be made accessible to the subjects indicated in the preceding points.

The management and storage of personal data takes place in the cloud and on servers located within the European Union owned by and/or at the disposal of the Data Controller and/or third party companies duly appointed as data processors.

7. Period of retention of personal data
The personal data collected for the purposes indicated in paragraph 3 b) above will be processed and stored for the entire duration of the eventual relationship established.
